MIG Welder – Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Pay Rate: $19.80/hour- $23/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a stable schedule and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience is required.
• Welding certification is preferred or required (depending on experience).
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Training:

• Company training will be provided to familiarize new hires with company processes and equipment.
