The NOW Massage Preston Forest is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our Preston Forest (Dallas) boutique.

Our therapists consistently earn $50–$60+ per hour (base pay, service pay, and tips) while working in a beautiful, massage-only environment with steady bookings, flexible scheduling, and no sales pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage services using The NOW protocols
• Customize treatments based on guest needs
• Create an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
• Collaborate with the team to provide a welcoming boutique atmosphere

Qualifications

• Current Texas Massage Therapist License (TDLR)
• Proficient in Swedish and deep tissue massage
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Available to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for massage therapy and professional growth
