Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

The NOW Massage Preston Forest is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our Preston Forest (Dallas) boutique.

Our therapists consistently earn $50–$60+ per hour (base pay, service pay, and tips) while working in a beautiful, massage-only environment with steady bookings, flexible scheduling, and no sales pressure.

About The NOW

The NOW Massage is a modern massage boutique built around the belief that self-care is essential. Our calming, design-forward spaces allow therapists to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional massage therapy in a relaxing environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality massage services using The NOW protocols
Customize treatments based on guest needs
Create an exceptional guest experience
Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
Collaborate with the team to provide a welcoming boutique atmosphere

Qualifications

Current Texas Massage Therapist License (TDLR)
Proficient in Swedish and deep tissue massage
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Available to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for massage therapy and professional growth
