$43–$50/hour
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday activities in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
What You'll Do- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety
- Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents and caregivers on its proper use
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate resident care
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborative rehabilitation department with experienced clinicians
