Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or obtain within 6 months)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred or required based on services
- Minimum 1-2 years of Operating Room experience as a Circulator strongly preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, serving as the patient's advocate in the operating room.
- Prepare the operating room with necessary equipment, supplies, and instruments prior to procedures and manage non-sterile aspects of the procedure.
- Monitor and maintain aseptic/sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative phase.
- Collaborate with the surgical team and anesthesia providers to ensure continuity of care and patient stability.
- Document nursing care, medications, implants, supplies, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours surgical emergencies.
