We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our team in St Louis and the surrounding areas. This is a part-time position with long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities Deliver ABA therapy services under the direct supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs Prepare and organize therapy materials Collect accurate and timely behavioral data to monitor client progress Collaborate with parents and caregivers to model strategies and provide support Ensure documentation and session notes meet clinical and insurance standards Attend staff meetings, trainings, and participate in ongoing professional development Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Certification: Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Not certified yet?
