About This Role As an RN on the Neuro Pre/Post Critical Care team, you will provide exceptional care to patients in a state-of-the-art facility, interacting directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience and supply healthcare education. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Department/Unit: Neuro Pre/Post Critical Care Schedule: Full-time, Weekender Flex (2 weekend shifts + 1 weekday shift) What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions. Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned outcomes. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and families with educational materials considering cultural issues. Administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing protocol.
