Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Travel)

Location

Lufkin, Texas

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with a patient ratio of 2:1 to 3–4:1
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in a 27-bed ICU environment
• Float to Stepdown unit as needed based on staffing and census demands
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Document patient care accurately using the facility's EMR system (MEDHOST)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required
• Ability to start as soon as possible
• Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with MEDHOST EMR
• Previous travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
