Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.73 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards, maintenance issues, or policy concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and document observations, incidents, and/or daily activity in accordance with site guidelines. Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with visitor management, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts regarding security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid are preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
