Patients Per Shift: 20
Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes
What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WI or IMLC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60-90 days We would credential the provider at multiple sites. some of these hospitals are trauma certified, so ATLS would be required for those hospitals. Schedule would be a stretch of 5-7 shifts.
Could be day or night shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), and could be at multiple sites during the stretch.
