Job Summary The Technical Services Representative is critical to ensure our customers are effectively supported throughout the lifecycle of their vehicles. You will serve as the primary technical resource managing warranty activity, coordinating repairs, supporting parts and service needs, and analyzing field data to improve product reliability. As a key link between customers and internal teams, you will help diagnose issues and provide insights that directly influence product performance and customer satisfaction. What Youre Looking For Strong mechanical background with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex machinery problems. Exceptional ability to translate technical data into clear solutions for customers. Experience using service or support software to manage customer records and interaction history. Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, and technical documentation compliance. Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with a diverse global customer base. Proven ability to work in an efficient and timely manner to meet critical deadlines. High attention to detail regarding vehicle maintenance and safety-critical operations.
