Die Setter

Snelling Staffing is seeking an experienced Die Setter to join a growing manufacturing team in Jacksonville, FL. This position is responsible for setting up, installing, and adjusting dies in stamping presses to ensure quality production while maintaining safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with industrial equipment, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Set up, install, align, and adjust dies in stamping presses.
Operate and troubleshoot automatic and semi-automatic presses.
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Inspect equipment and complete basic mechanical repairs.
Maintain quality standards throughout production runs.
Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
