Operations Secretary/Account Receivables

Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Secretary/Accounts Receivable professional to support operations and finance through customer invoice management, invoice processing, QuickBooks administration, and Excel reporting. This role reports jointly to operations and finance and offers health insurance and a dental plan.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable for customer invoices.
Process and maintain customer invoices.
Manage accounts receivable activities in QuickBooks.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports.
Provide administrative support to operations and finance.

Required Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks.
Proficiency with Excel.
Strong computer skills.
Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

At least one year of experience in accounts receivable and operations administration.
