Within SCIL, the Operations Improvement team focuses on making processes simpler, more executable, and easier to sustain—supported by clear standards, tools, and communication. This role helps ensure programs and processes land well in the business, drive behavior change, and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness over time. The annual salary range for this position is $127,600.00 - $191,400.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
