Security Operations Center Manager

To establish and oversee the newly created VSOC function, the full-time Security Operations Center Manager will manage the alert lifecycle for physical security platforms, ensuring effective triage and escalation of alerts while collaborating with an offshore monitoring team in a remote or hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Own the alert lifecycle end to end, prioritizing alerts by risk and urgency Build escalation and triage criteria for alerts to ensure only qualifying alerts reach human operators Lead the emergency VSOC response during crises, utilizing live camera review and remote lockdown controls Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in security operations centers, alarm monitoring, or asset protection environments Hands-on experience with core security platforms and video management systems Proven track record of building exception-based reporting frameworks Strong data analysis skills to develop clear escalation criteria from alert patterns Experience utilizing ServiceNow or comparable ticketing platforms
