Role Summary We are seeking a Named Account Executive who has relationships with large Tier-1 financial institutions, including global banks, custodians, investment banks, and capital markets firms.
This role is for a proven enterprise software sales leader with established executive-level relationships, strong technical sales background with ability to map technical solutions to business outcomes, and a track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals. Ideal candidates have sold competitive or complementary solutions to NetScout Systems and can run the entire sales lifecycle end-to-end.
- Own a portfolio of named Tier-1 financial services accounts
- Build and execute multi-year account strategies
- Maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, COO)
- Drive the full enterprise sales process from prospecting through deal closure
- Close six-figure to multi-million-dollar enterprise transactions
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams
- Represent the company in executive briefings, QBRs, and industry events
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Proven success selling into large financial institutions
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience selling competitive or complementary technologies to NetScout Systems
- Established executive-level relationships within financial services
- Strong technical sales background with ability to engage architects and engineers
- Expertise in consultative, value-based selling

The annual US salary range for this role is $280,000 to $300,000 On Target Earnings ("OTE"). This range represents NETSCOUT's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary within or, in some cases, outside this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. For sales roles, this range reflects the On Target Earnings ("OTE"), which includes both base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.
