Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. EPA Universal Certification preferred.Experience Requirements2 to 5+ years of commercial building maintenance, facilities maintenance, property maintenance, or skilled trades experience. Hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general repair work. Ability to complete preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, service calls, and emergency repairs. Experience using mobile devices, work order systems, and Microsoft Office applications.Preferred QualificationsBackground in commercial facilities, construction, janitorial services, property management, or landscaping. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally with clients. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, building codes, and maintenance best practices. Experience inspecting building systems and providing repair recommendations and project estimates.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces throughout the day. Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and travel locally between customer sites daily.Job DutiesPerform preventive maintenance and repair services for commercial buildings, equipment, and grounds across an assigned territory. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, electrical fixtures, lighting, drywall, doors, paint, and other facility components. Conduct HVAC, asset, and building inspections to identify maintenance needs. Complete work orders, service reports, inspections, photos, timesheets, and expense documentation using company-provided technology. Maintain a company vehicle, tools, and inventory needed to complete service calls. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate repair status, and ensure client satisfaction. Follow all company safety policies, compliance requirements, and OSHA regulations while performing maintenance services.Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
