Mixed Methods Disability Researcher

Seeking a full-time, remote Mixed Methods Disability Researcher to lead and manage disability-focused projects using both quantitative and qualitative methods, contributing to research, evaluation, and product development aimed at improving employment and community integration for individuals with disabilities. Key responsibilities Demonstrating methodological expertise in study design and project activities while leading data collection and management efforts Conducting quantitative analysis and writing research reports, briefs, and other deliverables Engaging in business development activities and mentoring junior staff while fostering collaboration among team members Required qualifications Ph.D. in a relevant field or a Master's degree with 4-7 years of relevant work experience Expertise in disability research and familiarity with vocational rehabilitation and evidence-based practices Experience with mixed methods data collection and analysis, including statistical and qualitative techniques Knowledge of research principles and design, along with experience in systematic reviews or evidence syntheses Proficiency in data management software such as SPSS, Excel, STATA, R, or NVivo
