We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Cleveland, United States. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering packages to our valued customers in a timely manner.

* Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport packages to designated locations

* Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and organization

* Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

* Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package delivery

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance

* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

* Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations

* Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle maintenance issues to management

* Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the logistics team

Qualifications

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Proven ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Strong navigation abilities and familiarity with route planning tools

* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing delivery records

* Physical stamina to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience in delivery or professional driving preferred

* Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required depending on vehicle type

* Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Flexible schedule to accommodate varying delivery demands

* Proficiency in using mobile devices and delivery management software
