You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
