What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting, utilizing the nursing process effectively.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and develop care plans.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Delegate tasks and manage nursing resources efficiently.
• Document patient information accurately and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations and provide lifesaving interventions.
• Embrace a patient-centered approach respecting privacy and individualized care.

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Mississippi.
• Minimum 2 years of ER/nursing experience.
• Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
