Mansfield Mancan is seeking an Automatic Screw Operator for a local screw company.
Job Purpose:Produces machined parts by setting up operating an automatic screw machine. Duties:
-Plans sequence of operations by studying blueprints.
-Select cutting tools by studying dimensions and tolerances of parts.
-Select cutting speeds and feed rates by studying properties of metals.
-Sets feed machanism by installing collets, busings, and stock pushers, setting controls
-Load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position. Skills:
-Blueprint Reading
-Measure with calipers
-Select cutting tools
-Cutting speed selection
-Metal properties knowledge
-Installing collets
-Stock Pusher Setup
-Production Problem Solving You can apply at or apply in person at 370 Lexington Ave. Monday-Thursday from 9-11am or 1-3pm with 2 valid forms of ID #AINDI
