Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a commercial setting. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. Must have valid General Liability Insurance for your business Must agree to a service agreement before obtaining contracts/ jobs Preferred Qualifications: Certification in cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Experience with specialized cleaning equipment or chemicals. Have Workers Compensation Insurance. Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas. Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns. Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames.
