Remote Inpatient Clinical Documentation Reviewer (MD/DO)

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Clinical Documentation Reviewer (MD/DO) to work remotely as a part-time contractor in the United States. You will review inpatient medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes to ensure documentation supports clinical claims and identify missing or conflicting information.
