What You'll Do As an Interior Designer & Furniture Sales Consultant, you will: Partner with clients to create personalized, functional, and beautiful living spaces Provide expert guidance on furniture, fabrics, finishes, layouts, and home décor selections Develop customized design solutions that align with each client's style, needs, and budget Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up Achieve and exceed individual sales and showroom performance goals Stay informed on interior design trends, furniture collections, and industry best practices Collaborate with showroom leadership and fellow design consultants Maintain an inspiring, welcoming, and organized showroom environment Qualifications Required Proven success in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills Passion for interior design, furniture, home décor, fashion, or lifestyle products Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and digital tools Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends Preferred Experience in interior design, furniture sales, home furnishings, luxury retail, or design consulting Background in consultative sales or commission-based sales environments Interior design education, certification, or related coursework Knowledge of residential space planning and furniture layout design Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support your well-being.
