Staffing Specialist | Henderson, NV | Full-Time

LaborMax Staffing is hiring a Staffing Specialist for our Henderson branch. As the first point of contact for both temporary employees and clients, you will support day-to-day branch operations, recruit and onboard candidates, coordinate job assignments, and build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist applicants with the onboarding process: applicant tracking system (ATS), paperwork, assessments, and interviews
• Support recruiting activities including interviews, reference checks, and sourcing candidates through job boards, job fairs, and other venues
• Coordinate dispatch of temporary employees and confirm availability for job assignments
• Enter applicant and job order data accurately into the database; document calls in MaxPro/CRM
• Answer incoming calls, route callers, respond to messages, and relay worksite details to employees by phone, text, or email
• Complete employment documents including WOTC, W-4, I-9, and E-Verify
• Support payroll-related tasks including time collection, ticket processing, and proper documentation
• Prepare supplies for employees (PPE, worksite instructions)
• Conduct sales calls and customer visits; build and maintain client relationships
• Perform general office duties: printing, copying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents

Experience and Qualification Requirements:

• Relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related field
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to type 35-40 words per minute (WPM)
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel, calendar management, and email
• Experience in ATS and CRM
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and reliable - required

Pay Range:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Required Schedules:

• Opening Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Closing Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
