What It’s Like To Be An Admin Coordinator As the sidekick to our Administrative Assistant, you manage clerical duties, customer financing and rebates, permit applications, and technician schedules. You establish efficient procedures, make good decisions, and stay on task, ensuring our clients are well taken care of and the office is highly functional. Qualifications Excellent prioritization and organization skills. Ability to keep files up to date and pay close attention to detail. Polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail. Previous office, computer, and customer service experience preferred. Willingness to answer the phone and speak to customers daily. Ability to provide real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Experience with clerical office tasks: filing, generating reports, obtaining permits, maintaining records, and reordering supplies.
