Pay Package

• Weekly Gross: $2,712

• Weekly Taxable: $1,200

• Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,512

Position Overview

ProTouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN CM) for a travel assignment with Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka in Eureka, California.

The RN Case Manager will provide inpatient case management services, coordinate patient care, support discharge planning, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective transitions of care.

Requirements

• Active RN license

• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience

• Acute care hospital experience - REQUIRED

• Strong inpatient Case Management experience preferred

• First-time travelers accepted with Clinical approval.

• Experience with Epic preferred/required for charting.

• Strong communication, assessment, organization, and care coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule & Weekend Requirements

• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Days: 5×8 hours

• Weekend: Every other weekend (EOW) required

• Call: Not required

• Floating: May float between like units based on facility needs

Charting & Facility Information

• EMR: Epic

• Parking: Free parking is available on the first day; assigned parking information will be provided during orientation.

• Start Date: ASAP
