Junior Business Analyst

Job#: 3036879 Job Description: Apex Systems is looking for a Junior Business Analyst who's detail-oriented and ready to support a client-facing environment working with procurement and contract-related systems. What You Must Have: * Due to contractual customer requirements, this role does require being able to work without sponsorship and be a U.S. citizen. * Have the ability to support working EST hours. * Reside anywhere within the continental US. * Have a completed Bachelor's degree. What You'll Do: * Pull data and complete basic analysis to support decision-making. * Prepare materials such as summaries, trackers, and light documentation. * Assist in answering focused system questions and performing initial investigations. * Help clarify requests that come in incomplete or need follow-up. * Gain hands-on experience with tools used in procurement and contract workflows (COTS). * Work with team members and clients to capture requirements and understand business needs. * Adapt to working in a fast-paced environment. What You Bring: * Strong attention to detail and the ability to break down information. * Comfort working through evolving or unclear requests. * Clear communication skills and openness to client interaction. * An interest in analytics and systems. * Preferred experience with Jaggaer or ServiceNow.
