Senior Brokerage Operations Coordinator

Position Summary The Senior Brokerage Operations Coordinator provides operational support to the casualty brokerage team by efficiently handling day‑to‑day tasks such as document generation and maintenance. The role updates precise client information across systems, manages broker inquiries, delivers customer service through multiple channels, and supports ad‑hoc business requests. Responsibilities Execute and coordinate day‑to‑day brokerage operations and support implementation of operational procedures. Coordinate with brokers to prepare documents, cover letters, and other marketing materials for renewal business. Provide administrative support in filing, printing, and archiving documents. Administer and update new and current client information in all required systems accurately. Maintain accurate and organized records of client accounts, transactions, and other relevant documentation to ensure compliance with record‑keeping regulations. Perform customer service functions by answering broker requests and questions via telephone, email, chat, or in person. Prepare compliance reports related to brokerage operations and collaborate with finance teams on business requirements. Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies while assisting in the preparation of compliance reports. Identify and mitigate operational risks and collaborate with risk management teams to implement controls. Support the brokerage team with any ad‑hoc tasks and requests. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry or underwriting. Bachelor’s degree. Compensation The target hourly rate range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 per hour.
