Delivery Driver/Logistics – Drive Essential Operations for Foundation & Seismic Retrofit Projects

Job Overview

• Location: Acton, CA (Servicing Greater Los Angeles).

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day / Morning Shift).

The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in keeping critical foundation and soft-story retrofit projects moving seamlessly across the Greater Los Angeles area. Managing multi-site deliveries and yard logistics, you will take ownership of equipment transport and supply flow for 11+ active jobsites. This position offers a steady schedule and the autonomy to run efficient daily haul operations for a respected industry leader.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Transport heavy equipment, construction materials, and trailers efficiently across 11+ regional jobsites.
• Operate vehicles safely with 5th wheel and ball hitch assemblies in high-traffic urban settings.
• Organize the central base inventory by stocking, restocking, and tracking material supplies.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance including fluid checks, greasing, and safety inspections on fleet vehicles.
• Haul excavation dirt and jobsite debris to maintain clean and compliant active working environments.
• Execute precise daily logistics schedules to ensure materials arrive on time to prevent job delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with an excellent driving record.
• Demonstrated confidence and skill in backing up vehicles with 5th wheel and ball hitch assemblies.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain yard inventory and manage tight delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance practices.
• Punctual, self-motivated worker with a "go-getter" attitude and reliable work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Two or more years of professional experience in construction driving or field logistics.
• Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery such as skid-steers and mini-excavators.
• Familiarity navigating multi-site delivery routes within the Greater Los Angeles area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on performance and efficiency.
