Global HR Compliance Analyst - Pay Equity & Mobility

ViaSat Inc.

Viasat is seeking a People & Culture Compliance Analyst to support four domains: pay transparency, global mobility, background screening, and legal entity management. You will work with the Compliance Manager to monitor regulations, maintain records, and prepare filings in multiple jurisdictions. This role is US/Canada-based with opportunities in both locations; you will collaborate with Legal, Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Finance to ensure accurate data and proactive risk management across #J-18808-Ljbffr Viasat
