Lab Vantage LIMS Specialist

Based in Portsmouth, NH, this role drives master data setup and quality alignment for the global LIMS system, ensuring data integrity and robust operational support for bioscience manufacturing.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

• Drive local master data setup and data loading within gLIMS in full alignment with global data principles and regulatory standards.

• Build and input essential master data elements, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.

• Perform local data cleansing to ensure strict data integrity, accuracy, and quality across laboratory enterprise systems.

• Author and refine clear local work instructions to seamlessly translate global process standards into site-level execution.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Control, Manufacturing Operations, and the Global gLIMS team to support ongoing system deployment and data management.

• Support site validation, change control, and deviation reviews related to quality systems (TrackWise) and computerized laboratory tools.

• Work independently with direction from site project leadership to establish robust local support structures and resolve non-routine events.

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Quality Control, enterprise systems, or laboratory validation within a cGMP regulated environment.

• System & Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency using LabVantage LIMS or similar enterprise data management systems, as well as TrackWise and MS Office tools.

• Quality & Validation Knowledge: Deep expertise in QC lab operations, master data setup, process/computer system validation, and cGMP compliance.

• Data Management & Precision: Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills dedicated to maintaining data integrity and executing data cleansing.

• Project Management & Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large projects, author SOPs/work instructions, and drive cross-departmental initiatives.

• Education & Qualification: Bachelor of Science in a science-related discipline or equivalent practical industry experience.
