Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Deposit Pricing

The Deposit Pricing and Analytics team is responsible for setting the interest rates on all deposit accounts (e.g., checking, savings, and CDs) within the retail line of business at JPMorganChase, which has the largest deposit base among all banks in the United States. As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate on the Deposit Pricing and Analytics team you will be responsible for deposit-based strategic analytics to help inform pricing strategy. You will also be responsible for end-to-end analytics that answer challenging, open-ended questions that drive product decisions and inform on deposit trends. Job Responsibilities Own complex, strategic analytics to determine impacts of potential pricing actions with a specific focus on CDs and elasticity testing Become a firmwide expert on money movement data, using it to gauge the impact of yield-seeking behavior and macroeconomic trends on deposit balances Translate analytical results into clear, compelling visual narratives and present regularly to senior leadership Closely partner with pricing strategy leads as well as finance, branch network, marketing, risk, and product partners Develop interactive, automated dashboards that allow partners to quickly self-serve data Stay informed of competitors’ changes to deposit products and pricing structures as well as broader economic trends that impact pricing strategy Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics and reporting Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years in data and analytics, finance, pricing, treasury, or a related field 3+ years of experience with SQL and at least one analytic tool such as SAS, Python, or Alteryx Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field Proven ability toquery large-scale datasets to solvehighly complex problems Demonstrate confidence and passion for using data and analytics Advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills A background in financial services, consumer banking, or a related industry Mastery of Tableau or similar analytics platforms with experience in creating automated solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr JPMorgan Chase & Co.
