Department Overview The Field Services Organization in Europe is responsible for all Local Technical Support to our customers on site and for the Operation & Maintenance of all Field and Support Services Contracts in the Region. Job Description We’re looking for talented, motivated, and committed Electronic/System/Computer Engineering graduates to join us and help our customers in the MOMENTS THAT MATTER! Responsibilities Independent commissioning, repair, maintenance and upgrade of Motorola radio systems in Germany and later also in other European countries Responsibility for the technical support of our customers after the commissioning of our complex communication systems The support of authorities and organizations with security-relevant tasks, energy supply companies, factories for industrial and chemical production, public transport companies and airport organizations as well as the German armed forces Takeover of on-call duties within the department Support of the trade organization and the company's internal departments in addition to direct contact with the customer Support of large and strategic projects Creation of reports, statistics and presentations Independent processing of operational matters within the framework of established working methods and procedures Benefits & Offers Employment as a junior engineer in an innovative company with over 90 years of experience in the field of Public Safety Communication Solutions Integration into a dynamic and experienced team with a strong team spirit Familiarization with the commissioning, maintenance and upgrade of our communication systems in Germany and other European countries Introduction to the systematic error analysis in complex communication systems Working from the home office in south-west Germany Company car also for private use Great development opportunities through continuous training in communication technology Career planning with distinct opportunities for advancement in our company Basic Requirements Eligible to live and work in Germany as the role requires Security Clearance.
