NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Spokane, WA
Neurocrine Biosciences
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory covering Tacoma and Seattle with in-person and virtual customer engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, and payers
- Execute sales strategies to drive product acceptance and meet revenue objectives
- Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, managed care, and patient access teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field with 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical, long-term care, psychology, or neurology sales experience
- Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, or similar business intelligence platforms
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for frequent territory travel
- Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic medication experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments
