Speech Language Pathologist

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment for adults and seniors in our community-based care programs. You will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, develop person-centered care plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to help clients remain safe and independent at home. In this collaborative role, you’ll partner with nurses, therapists, caregivers, and families, educate on strategies and equipment use, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
