Location: (Hospital) 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI & (Surgery and Specialty Center) 933 Waube Ln, Ashwaubenon, WI
FTE Status: Casual Part-Time
Work Schedule: 2:00pm-6:00pm OR 3:00pm-7:30pm 2-3 days a week

This is a closing position which will float between our Hospital and our Surgery and Specialty Center

Job Description:

Responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate registration process of patients while meeting payor requirements. Manages telephone calls and appropriately communicates information with patients, physicians, and/or staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.

Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboarding skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision-making skills preferred.
