About This Role The RN Lead for OBGYN at Mass General Brigham is responsible for supporting the practice onsite, with a focus on triage responsibilities and leadership duties. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior leadership experience and an OB/GYN background or experience in another clinical specialty. Department/Unit: OBGYN Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer medication to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies. Demonstrate best practices for staff to follow. Participate on teams or perform special projects/assignments. Coordinate schedule coverage and communicate workflow updates. Lead daily huddles and participate in monthly meetings. Partner with the practice manager on team performance.
