Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow

Key Responsibilities Specialized Evaluations : Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments. Tailored Treatment Plans : Develop individualized plans and/or IEPs, focusing on client-specific needs. Direct Therapy Delivery : Provide impactful speech and language therapy to ASD clients. Collaborative Approach : Engage with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Educational Involvement : Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and clinical team discussions. Training Role : Educate RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, offering client-specific guidance. Qualifications Advanced Degree : Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Licensing : Valid license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. Communication Skills : Exceptional abilities in both written and verbal communication. Ethical Standards : Commitment to the highest ethical standards and practices. Employment Type : Full-time (40 hours/week), in person, schedules can be adjusted to align with your availability. Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Billing Quota : 25 hours per week of direct client service.
