The Commercial Finance Practice Group is seeking a highly motivated mid-level associate to join the team. The candidate should have experience working on private credit asset-based lending, leveraged finance, and related credit facilities, representing financial institutions and investors. Experience in private credit finance preferred but not required. Qualified candidates should possess strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with experience handling multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage transactions independently while collaborating effectively with partners, clients, opposing counsel, and other advisors. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated financing transactions for private credit clients, including national and regional financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and investment funds, while collaborating with a collegial and very experienced team of attorneys.Vacancy posted 5 days ago
