Driver PositionHolman CVE has a great opportunity for a Driver to join our team in Baltimore, MD!What will you do?Work as a truck driver, delivering new and collecting used auto parts as needed.Must be able to be certified medically by a certified DOT medical examiner in regard to fitnessOperate vehicle in compliance with all state and federal safety and administrative requirementsMust follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor.Load, secure, and deliver automobile parts (engines, transmissions, small parts, etc.) to customersDrive to customer locations and off load and reload truck. Loading is performed with a pallet jack or hand truck.Unload vehicle and stack returned product in a manner to facilitate warehouse efficiency.Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. without assistance and up to 100 lbs. with assistanceMust be able to drive vehicles 26,000 GVW.Use Scanner/print pad to Scan/log returned goods; track delivery of goods and returnsCheck-in finished goods before loading vehicleWork within weather related extremesPerform daily DOT safety check/inspection on vehicle and report deficiencies to supervisorMust be willing to have overnight stays if required by routeOther duties as assignedWhat are we looking for?Prior warehouse driver experienceMust be able to drive up to Non-CDL 26' box trucksValid CDL holder a plusMust be able to pass a DOT application process and physicalPallet Jack/Forklift experienceBasic computers skills.Good attention to detail.Strong organizational skillsPositive energy while working in a team settingTechnical knowledge.At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
