Personal Training ManagerGYMGUYZ brings personalized fitness directly to clients in their homes, offices and communities. We're looking for a Personal Training Manager who wants to do more than manage a schedule. You'll train clients, develop trainers and help grow GYMGUYZ throughout Rhode Island. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines confidence with humility, genuinely enjoys helping people succeed, and is excited by the opportunity to help build a growing business.What You'll OwnGrow the BusinessBuild relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, senior communities, schools, sports organizations and other community partnersDevelop referral and corporate wellness partnershipsRepresent GYMGUYZ at community events and local initiativesRespond to inbound leads, conduct consultations and close new businessOwn new client, revenue and renewal goalsFollow up consistently and track what is generating resultsTrain & Serve ClientsDeliver creative, individualized personal trainingConduct initial assessments and reassessmentsBuild trusted relationships that lead to results, renewals and referralsWork with clients across different ages, abilities and fitness levelsLead the TeamMentor, develop and support our personal trainersHelp onboard new trainersCoach the team on programming, communication, professionalism and client retentionMaintain a consistently high standard of service as we growThe Kind of Leader We're Looking ForYou know your craft, but you don't need to be the loudest person in the room. You listen before assuming. You adapt your approach to the person in front of you. You're as comfortable encouraging someone exercising for the first time as you are coaching an experienced athlete or developing another trainer. You're also comfortable starting conversations, building relationships, asking for the business and following up. Because to us, great leadership isn't about being the best person on the team. It's about helping the people around you become better.What You BringNationally recognized CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent)Current CPR/AED certification3–5 years of fitness experience with leadership or management experienceProven success selling and retaining personal training clientsStrong communication, relationship-building and follow-throughConfidence with community outreach and business developmentAbility to coach and hold others accountable with respectReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseFlexibility for some early mornings and eveningsCompensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
