In this role, you will serve as a strategic marketer supporting Deloitte Tax’s AI priorities, helping translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns that build market visibility, deepen client engagement, and generate measurable business impact. This individual will work closely with Tax marketing leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that elevate Deloitte’s Tax Tech & AI positioning in the marketplace.Responsibilities Bring marketing strategies to life by driving integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels, aligning with fiscal year priorities and business objectives.Engage and collaborate, and leverage agile principles in the successful creation and execution of marketing campaignsDevelop marketing campaigns plans and activation calendars that align Tax AI initiatives, including a client targeting strategy and customer journey mapping that outlines multi-touch activation points to broaden awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads/pipelineMake recommendations on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative content; partner with subject matter specialists and stakeholders to shape campaign messaging and create relevant content and eminence assets, including POVs, articles, podcasts, and other digital assetsSupport development of strategic briefs, stakeholder presentations, and approval materials for campaign plans, content, and activations; review content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable standardsStay current on the rapidly evolving Tax AI market landscape, emerging trends, and competitive activity to help inform campaign recommendations and positioningUnderstand the targeted outcomes and monitor ongoing campaign performance, recommending adjustments as neededDevelop post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned Successful candidate will possess Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for and present recommendations effectively to stakeholders, partners, and internal teamsStrategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical marketing plans and campaign actionsStrong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesCollaborative and proactive with a "can-do" mentalityAbility to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teamsExperience using data, metrics, and performance insights to optimize campaign outcomes The TeamDeloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team combines the power of Deloitte’s brand with inspired marketing minds to produce envy-inducing business results. Within this environment, the Tax marketing team plays a critical role in elevating Deloitte Tax’s marketplace positioning, connecting priority offerings to client needs, and activating integrated campaigns that advance growth objectives across the practice. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on marketing strategy; experience in AI, emerging technology, or professional services marketing is a plusPrior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firmMicrosoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing effortsFamiliarity with approved internal AI tools and an ability to apply them appropriately to support marketing workstreams, content development, campaign planning, and productivityUnderstanding of Agile methodology; experience working in Workfront is preferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplineAbility to travel up to 10%, based on business needs and campaign activities The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76600 - $157200. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
