Seasonal Office Assistant (July Temporary Position)

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Seasonal Office Assistant to join our team for the month of July. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role that involves a mix of administrative work and direct interaction with the public. During peak periods (fair week), hours and days may vary based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organizing paperwork)
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with computer-based tasks and basic Microsoft Office functions
- Support team members while also working independently when needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work through July 31st
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (THC-free)
- Must pass a background check
Schedule Details
- Monday through Friday, 6–8-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling available
- Hours may vary during fair week based on office needs
