• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day shift)

Job Summary:

Partners Personnel is seeking a reliable Quality Control Specialist to join a major tire center in Allentown. No prior experience is necessary—the company will provide full training. We welcome all applicants, and basic English communication skills are perfectly fine for this position. Please note that this role requires heavy lifting and continuous physical labor as you handle and verify large tires throughout the day to ensure they meet strict standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on tires to ensure they meet all requirements.
• Lift, move, and stack heavy tires continuously during the shift.
• Learn to identify, document, and sort product defects or damage.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications:

• Basic English language skills are welcome.
• Must be comfortable with continuous heavy lifting (handling large tires repeatedly).
• No experience required—full paid training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
