Dialysis Registered Nurse – Bryan Clinic, 1612 N Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77803 As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you'll be an integral part of a cross‑functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. You will assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in caring for patients living with kidney disease. Responsibilities Work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high‑quality dialysis treatment. Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments and monitor patients during treatment. Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administer medications according to physician orders. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide all required patient assessment and care‑planning activities. Ensure center staffing requirements are met at all times under the direction of the Administrator and according to state regulations for staffing ratios. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings. Qualifications Current nursing license in the applicable state. Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors. One or more years of nursing experience preferred. Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred. Preferred One or more years of nursing experience preferred. Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
