Rehabilitation Nurse (RN)Join a cutting-edge acute rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Our focus is on maximizing health, function, and quality of life through personalized rehabilitation programs.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care to individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.Assess patient needs and develop positive relationships with patients and their families.Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans based on individual patient assessments and goals.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and families about treatment plans, rehabilitation processes, and resources available for ongoing support.QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or similar nursing settings.Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.We are dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging work environment for all staff.
