Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Florence, Kentucky. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Florence, Kentucky
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the State of Kentucky
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired)
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services, ensuring functional treatment design for effective community reintegration. Participates in student programs and maintains a professional development plan. Adheres to organizational safety, confidentiality, and professional standards. Demonstrates behavior aligned with the organizations mission and core values, emphasizing patient and staff safety, ethical practice, and continuous quality improvement.
