Starting wage: $16.50 per hour plus tips

We are looking for energetic, sales-driven individuals to join our team as Cannabis Consultants. We don't just sell products; we curate premium, educational experiences. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cannabis Consultant, you are the face of The Fire Station. You will:

• Consult & Educate: Listen to our guests' unique needs and provide personalized recommendations, helping them navigate our menu with confidence and expertise.
• Go Above and Beyond: Anticipate guest needs and consistently deliver service that exceeds expectations, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for.
• Drive Results: Use a sales-based approach to exceed store goals while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and advocacy.
• Master the Product: Become a subject matter expert on our inventory, consumption methods, and the nuances of cannabis effects.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, inviting, and compliant retail environment, ensuring every guest walks out with the products and an experience that exceeds their expectation..
