Treasury Analyst

Growing Manufacturing Company | Kansas City Metro A stable and growing manufacturing company is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its finance team. This role offers a unique blend of treasury, cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable responsibilities, making it ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, process improvement, and working closely with business operations. The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing daily cash flow, optimizing working capital, supporting banking relationships, and ensuring the timely processing of customer receipts and vendor payments. Responsibilities Monitor daily cash positions and prepare cash forecasts. Manage banking activities, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and account reconciliations. Support treasury operations and maintain banking relationships. Oversee accounts payable processing, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments. Manage accounts receivable activities, including collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations. Analyze aging reports and proactively address outstanding balances. Assist with month‑end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, working capital, and financial processes. Partner with operations, purchasing, sales, and accounting teams to resolve payment and billing issues. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of cash flow management and working capital principles. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
